If you'd like to cancel your subscription due to technical difficulties, we encourage you to reach out to us at support@weatherroute.io first. Of course, we'd like to do everything we can to rectify the underlying problem!

That said, this article will guide you through the process if it's simply time to cancel for now.

Managing Subscriptions from within Highway Weather

Both iOS and Android users have the ability to initiate access and manage their subscription details by starting directly from within the application. 

To begin, tap "Extras":

Next, tap, "Manage" next to your subscription. This will open up either the Google Play Store (for Android Users) or the Apple App Store (for iOS users).]

Android Users

Once you're in the Google Play Store, follow these instructions to complete the subscription cancellation. 

iOS Users

Why can't I do all of this from within the app?

In order to respect user privacy and ensure that our subscription model remains uncomplicated, all subscriptions and transactions are handled through either the Google Play or Apple App Stores. 

What if I'm requesting a refund?

In keeping with our unrelenting adherence to user confidentiality and safety, we don't store any subscriber credit card information. All of your credit card or bank information is stored entirely within your Google Play or Apple App Store account, and we therefore do not have access. 

As such, you'll need to request refunds directly through the Google Play Store here, or the Apple App Store here.
